Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that this MUST be done PRIOR to assembly and within 24 hours of pick up or delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Payment is accepted via cash, e-transfer upon delivery, or by debit/credit through our online payment portal. We have also partnered with PayBright to offer financing options. Please refer to their terms & conditions. Note: payment is required ahead of delivery and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to delay delivery due to a shortage of supplies and/or weather conditions. Deliveries can only be made to the main floor.
