Damaged or Defective Products
Every effort is made to ensure you receive your order without any inconveniences but we ask that you thoroughly inspect parts and/or products once received to ensure they are not damaged or defective. In the event that they are, we'll be able to get it repaired or replaced in short order! Please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns promptly and outline next steps.
* 30-day Limited Manufacturer Warranty on all clearance items.
* 1-year Limited Manufacturer Warranty included on all other products.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. The following conditions must be met in order to be eligible:
- Product must never have been assembled
- Product must be returned in original packaging and condition
* Delivery, Assembly, and/or Warranty costs can not be reimbursed.
* May be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
* Not applicable to clearance items which are final sale.
Payment Methods & Financing
We accept most major credit cards as well as debit, e-transfer, and cash. Payment must be received in full prior to delivery and can be made online or in store.
We also offer flexible financing options from LendCare and you easily begin the pre-approval process by clicking the banner on any product page. The virtual application process requires a few different steps to be completed. Alternatively, you can call us or visit us in store to complete the process.

You can choose to pick up orders from our location directly or have it delivered. Delivery can be made via local couriers or major carriers. Most orders are typically fulfilled within 1-10 business days, however, certain products may require up to 2-4 weeks. For more details about the delivery process, refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us with the specifics of your order and we'll be happy to assist further.
